I discovered Le Veneziane gluten free pasta quite by accident.  In Cincinnati, we have a wonderful store, Jungle Jim’s who carries an impressive stock of gluten free pasta.  I bought one of each kind and discovered that corn pasta is definitely the best!!  I also discovered that Le Veneziane is the best of the corn pastas on the market.  It is so much like regular pasta, that my family eats it on a regular basis.  If you are fortunate enough to live near a specialty food store, you can also purchase the lasagna noodles.  However, the 4-pack pictured above is available from Amazon at a price of $14.98, which is essentially $3.75 per package, much cheaper than the normal $6 price range of other gluten free pasta

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in October of 2016.  I really thought life as I knew it was over.  But, there is hope for all of the folks who suffer from celiac, gluten intolerance, or who just choose gluten-free as a health lifestyle.  I’ve discovered some great gluten free brands that I hope to share with you in this blog.  I hope you try them and love them as much as I do.  Please let me know if you have a product you’d like me to review.
